Local students return home with numerous fiddler awards

By Snake River Fiddle Club

The Fiddlers of Idaho State Championship competition was this last weekend, April 15 in Hailey, ID.

Many members of the Snake River Fiddle Club represented Blackfoot well at the state championships, many winning first place, and almost all placing in the top five of each division. Who knew we had so many champion fiddlers in our area?

Visit thesymphony.us to find out more information. May 20 is also World Fiddle Day so come celebrate it watching these local kids compete against fiddlers who will be coming to Pocatello from all over the nation.
